AKM Ismail - Chairman

AKM Ismail brings 35 years of business experience to Vcidex.
AKM Ismail graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1984.
He then joined DBS Bank in Singapore, Working there until 1993.
During the period 1988 to 1994 he conducted many courses for Singapore's Institute of Banking & Finance.
In 1999 he became the Head of its Restructuring and Recapitalization Unit.
From 2001 until 2008 Ismail served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Investments plc, Working in both London and Singapore.
AKM Ismail is based out of London and oversees strategic business development for Vcidex.

Chief Executive Officer - Ramachandran K

21 years of experience in IT industry.
Specialised in Workflow Architecture.
Bachelor of Engineering with Post Graduation in Business Administration.
Advance Diploma in Finance from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India.
Diploma in Business Finance, from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India.
Successfully Architected & Delivered more than 150 projects.
Capable of executing mission critical projects for various Fintech Companies.
Received Gold Star Performance Award, Extra Ordinary Rating and Best Contributor Award from Sybase Singapore.

Finance Director - Yamini R

18 years of experience in handling Vcidex Finance.
Bachelor of Science with hands on experience in managing statutory norms of an organisation.
Responsible for managing Vcidex Finance with good financial acumen to achieve long term goal of vcidex.
Specialised in Vendor Management, HR Activities, Policy Management
Responsible on day to day operations at Vcidex.
Participate in key decisions as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Implement operational best practices and make sure we use our flagship product- Storyboard ERP.
